The Galactic Guidebook in series eight was different from the last, a lot different.
In the beginning of the series the guidebook was used and from it came a hologram of Guido The Guidebook Guy.Guido gave Brian and Sophie a choice either have their memories erased and update the guidebook or the valuxians could be vapourised. Obviously they chose to not be vapourised and have him erase all memory of the Barkers and what they had learnt.
APPEARANCE
It was light blue with an aerial and approximately 17 buttons.
THE THINGS IT COULD DO AND WHO USED IT
The device was created on the distant planet Valux it was given to two valuxian aliens (Brian and Sophie) to teach them about alien cultures. Sophie often used the guidebook as seen at the end of Lord Of The Bling because Brian is not speaking while Sophie is.
A BIT ABOUT BRIAN AND SOPHIE
Brian and Sophie are two valuxians from the distant planet Valux far across the Galaxy .Brian was originally small and quite chubby while Sophie was blonde and spoke in a high pitch.Later Brian morphed into the new him (Aliens Go Home) and Sophie one day morphs from blonde Sophie (Barbera Durkin) into the new Sophie (Carla Mendonça). Before Series Eight Carla's short curly red hair become long straight and brown.It is unknown If Brian and Sophie have real Valuxian names because after all they are only called Brian and Sophie because they are meant to be taking on the identity of Aunt Sophie and Uncle Brian or are they just called Valuxians.
